Retrofit Solutions
At the heart of Trojan lie engineers, who embrace technical challenges. Over the years, we have built a vast experience in being able to develop retrofit lighting solutions, whether that be because the aesthetics can’t be changed, there is a financial constraints on a project or if there are physical issues on site such as asbestos. We can breathe life back into old inefficient lighting by replacing the internal components, diffuser and in some cases front bezels to make the luminaries as good as new.

Trojan use their vast lighting knowledge and product range to design and supply compliant office lighting schemes, with UGR 19 compliance, TPA luminaires and lighting controls to make the office environment as productive and comfortable for the user, increasing well being and productivity.

Social housing
Trojan have a vast experience in the social housing sector, working in sheltered schemes, low rise housing blocks, high rise housing blocks and individual houses, offering solutions from simple bathroom and kitchen schemes, though to fully addressable lighting and emergency lighting schemes across multiple sites.
Warehousing
Trojan produce luminaires that are extremely efficient in this sector, high bay style luminaires with varying optics to suit racking or open areas at varying heights, with extremely high output and
efficient luminaires ensuring maximum energy savings. Coupled with good lighting controls, and the fact that many warehouses are very high lighting users, the savings achieved by switching to LED in this sector are mesmerising.
Education
Trojan have the ability to design and supply lighting into the education sector, from primary school through to College and Universities. Thought and care go into the lighting scheme and product design to ensure that the learning environment is completely user friendly, utilising the correct lighting and control systems.
Clean Rooms
We are able to manufacture lighting to fit into existing and new clean room environments to suit any ceiling, and also specialise in retrofit solutions to fit into existing luminaires in the clean room environment. We have delivered multiple clean room projects across a number of sectors.

The mental health sector requires a great deal of thought around the type of lighting, this includes how that it protects the individuals in the environment from harm and how it may effect the individuals visually. We have experience in external lighting schemes, from simple perimeter lighting of building through to large open area external lighting, including sports lighting and stadium Lighting. We are able to incorporate various controls to the external schemes to ensure best functionality and efficiencies.
