Anthony, a seasoned professional with 25 years in the lighting industry, stands as a trailblazer and Managing Director at Trojan Lighting Solutions. With expertise in LED technology, emergency lighting, and energy reduction projects, he leads the charge towards sustainability.
An alumnus of the Lighting Industry Federation and the University of Central Lancashire (BEng Mechanical Engineering), Anthony’s journey reflects a commitment to excellence. His notable roles include Lighting Specialist, Project Engineer and Technical Sales Manager.
Outside of work, Anthony spends his time having adventures with his wife and two daughters and likes to wrap up the week with a classic Sunday roast.
Andy has 25 years experience in retail lighting excelling in Sales Director and Head of Retail Lighting roles. Focused on end-user satisfaction, he excels in negotiating tenders, offering tailored packages, and collaborating on bespoke lighting solutions. Andy’s role has expanded to international territories, ensuring consistent lighting across diverse estates. Working in retail lighting, he pioneers sales to major brands, leveraging LED innovation for energy-efficient solutions. Andy’s pragmatic approach and international market insight make him a standout figure in retail lighting.
With a proven track record in the lighting industry, our dynamic Sales Director George, brings a wealth of experience to our team. His strategic vision aligns seamlessly with Trojan’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction. In his role as Sales Director, George leads our sales team, driving growth and cultivating strong client partnerships. With over six years of industry expertise, gained as a Lighting Sales Engineer, George’s dedication to customer service contributes to Trojan Lighting’s ongoing success.

Our Technical Manager, Darren, has a robust background in technical management, playing a crucial role in overseeing and driving excellence in our technical operations. In his position at Trojan Lighting, Darren leverages his expertise to ensure the seamless execution of all technical aspects of our projects With a commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements, Darren’s technical prowess contributes to Trojan Lighting’s reputation for cutting-edge solutions. As Trojan Lighting’s Technical Manager, Darren leads the charge in navigating the intricate landscape of lighting technology, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Jude brings a wealth of administrative expertise to the team. With over 13 years of experience, Jude’s journey in customer service and feedback management has shaped her analytical and communication skills. In her role at Trojan Lighting, Jude provides essential support services, leveraging her background as a Customer Feedback Manager, Customer Service Team Leader and Business Consultant.
Luke has a passion for lighting innovation and a keen eye for detail bringing a wealth of experience to his role. With a background in industrial design and a focus on creating functional yet aesthetically pleasing lighting solutions, Luke leads our design team in delivering cutting-edge products that meet the needs of our customers.
Tim has over 21 years in the lighting industry with Sales Engineer and Senior Specification Engineer roles focusing on education, healthcare and social housing sectors as well as commercial office lighting.
Tim is a firm believer that controls should play an important role in lighting solutions to make energy efficient lighting even more sustainable as well as other benefits that lighting control systems can add to a buildings efficiency.
In his spare time Tim enjoys walking his two dogs, and is in his 1st season keeping bees.
Aisling has over 15 years of experience providing practical, administrative and organisational support within the education, telecommunications and medical components manufacturing sectors. Aisling is looking forward to showcasing her skills to support Trojan Lighting in this exciting time of growth.
In her spare time, Aisling enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, playing board-games and drinking tea.
