With more than 200 stores across the UK and Europe, Superdry requires a responsive and reliable approach to lighting maintenance to ensure stores can stay open and are suitably lit. Working in partnership with Macro, Superdry’s facilities management provider, we deliver ongoing lighting supply and replacement services across the retailer’s estate.
Managing lighting across a large retail portfolio can be difficult as stores can feature a combination of commercial and architectural lighting products, often installed over multiple refurbishment programmes and sourced from a variety of manufacturers. When fittings fail or require replacement, solutions need to be identified quickly to minimise disruption to trading while maintaining the store’s appearance and customer’s experience. Consistency, speed of response, and product availability are therefore critical, particularly across an estate covering the UK and Europe.
We work closely with Macro’s team and Superdry store managers to provide suitable replacements for multiple types of luminaires and lamps, helping to maintain lighting performance and visual standards throughout their lifecycle.
A joined-up digital ordering process enables requirements to be identified, specified and fulfilled efficiently, providing clear communication and reducing delays associated with traditional maintenance procurement.
By combining technical lighting expertise with responsive customer service, we support the ongoing operation of stores across the portfolio, helping ensure the right product is supplied for each application.
The partnership provides Superdry with a streamlined approach to lighting supply across its retail estate.
