We have been named Recolight’s Carbon Reduction Champion for March for lamp collection at our Westquay Shopping Centre project
The recognition was awarded after we achieved the highest weight collected in a single Recolight lamp recycling container across Recolight’s national network during the month. By maximising the amount collected in each container, fewer collections were required, helping to reduce carbon emissions associated with transport.
We work with Recolight’s UK-wide recycling services to responsibly manage lighting waste and comply with WEEE regulations. This recognition highlights the role that careful logistics and on-site processes can play in improving sustainability outcomes across large commercial projects.
