It’s been a busy few months at Trojan Lighting, and as our workload continues to grow, we’ve welcomed three new people to the team.
Nathan will be leading our design team, producing lighting layouts, calculations and technical support for projects across a range of sectors. Rita has joined the operations team, helping keep projects moving smoothly from order through to delivery, while Josh will be learning the ropes in our administration department as part of his apprenticeship.
We’re particularly pleased to be able to offer this apprenticeship as it gives young people the opportunity to gain practical experience while working towards a recognised qualification, and they give businesses the chance to develop skills from the ground up. As our industry continues to evolve, investing in the next generation is just as important as investing in new technology.
