Sales Engineer – Project & Specification Sales (North of England / M62 Corridor).

Trojan Lighting are looking for sales engineer who will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. 

Location: Hybrid

Hours: Full time

Salary: Competitive, industry-aligned base & attractive commission Package

Covering: North West, North East, and the M62 corridor – including Leeds and Hull

Trojan Lighting Solutions – one of the fastest-moving and fastest-growing lighting manufacturers in Europe – is seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team and cover the entire North of England.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a wide, untapped region with full backing from our leadership team, established client relationships, and a fast-track route into management. For the right candidate, progression into a dedicated Sales Manager role for the region will be the ultimate goal.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving project and specification sales across the North West, North East, and M62 corridor
  • Building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users
  • Leading the charge on a variety of high-profile commercial and public-sector projects
  • Working alongside our technical and design teams to deliver best-in-class lighting solutions
